We are looking for RPA Developer to build, design, develop, and implement RPA systems. Candidate is responsible to make use of various RPA tools and technologies such as UI Automation, Blue Prism, and more to set up and analyze automated processes.

Responsibilities:
- Develop quality software and solutions
- Designing automation processes as per the operational needs of an organization
- Scripting and coding in any RPA tool to resolve automation issues
- Reviewing the code and the design and also providing expertise in the development, and integration of systems
- Configuring new automation with efficient and easily understandable automation tools
- Documenting the automation procedures
- Perform maintenance of existing RPA bots and implement enhancements as requested by business.
- Troubleshoot issues reported by business via support tickets Managing operations to ensure that BAU is not getting impacted.
- Proactively take steps to ensure functioning of all the running bots. Participate in automation tools upgrades and related testing. Support trials of new automation tools.
- Coming up with alternate or better practices for future development
- Identifying and designing business processes for automation
- Design highly scalable, testable code
- Communicate with stakeholders to understand their requirement
- Develop and analyze functional specifications
- Design efficient IT systems to meet business and technology needs
- Coordinate with team to build and implement technology solutions
- The developer will also validate the automation by performing appropriate testing, and ensure configuration control is maintained at all times.
- Gather feedback from end users about system performance
- Setting up, testing and monitoring automated workflows to ensure that business processes function at optimum efficiency without risk of error
- Monitoring and maintaining automation post-implementation and resolving any potential issues to ensure smooth business operations
- Producing process documentation in order to outline mistakes and successes and refine processes going forward
- Ensuring quality automation using Quality Assurance (QA) processes and prevent any potential bugs
- Must be able to multi-task with various projects on hand
- Communication and providing a solution to any identified and potential risks
Qualification and Experience:
- Minimum Bachelor’s in Computer Science and related field
- 3-years’ plus experience
- Demonstrable experience as a Robotic Process Automation Developer using Robotic technologies, particularly with UiPath.
- Solid background as a Software Developer and within software development Extensive experience and understanding in amending code, testing, and ensuring everything done ready to go live
Skillset:
- Experience in automation tools such as Blue Prism, power automate and UiPath along with UiPath Encoding and Debugging.
- Basics of Machine Learning (ML) and Artificial Intelligence (AI)
- Knowledge of workflow
- Good logical, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Must have knowledge of Uipath frameworks
- Must have used computer vision activities
- Solid background as a Software Developer and within software development Extensive experience and understanding in amending code, testing, and ensuring everything done ready to go live
- Good communication skill to get the customer requirement
