The ideal candidate is a motivated, organized, and creative individual who welcomes the challenges of acquiring and developing new business through sales efforts. The primary responsibility of this role is to generate leads from major online marketplaces or freelancing networks, with a focus on acquiring new clients for our software development services. The ideal candidate should have a proven lead generation track record and excellent communication skills.
Responsibilities
Business Development Specialist responsibilities will include (but not be limited to):
- Promotes the company’s products and services
- Cooperate in team works for long term profits
- Provide a new strategy on how to run a lucrative business
- Conduct research to look for what news in the market, business opportunities, new clients, what’s trending, and growth
- Expand business database
- Introduce new marketing skills like trading shows and exhibit
- Maintain and expand the relationship with clients and organizations
- Conduct training and mentorship to other staff and offer them social and technical skills to improve sales
- Attend meetings to interact with existing and new clients
- Be active in conferences to report business progress and status updates to clients and management
- Help marketing members develop advertising and promotion programs
- Maintain and update customers’ data daily
- Organize all sales preparations like deliveries
- Help in making RFPs responses to clients
- Ensure clients satisfaction by delivering quality products and services
- Plan sales campaign
- Assist in planning, directing and controlling activities influence business
- Execute Demand-Generation campaigns for new sales and business strategies
- Identify industry technology & business trends, customer needs so as to build short term to long term opportunities / pipeline
- Identify, contact decision-makers, screen potential business opportunities
- Lead responding to proactive proposals
- Leading the overall solution design based on client requirements and work with internal solution and legal teams to respond client needs
- Bid management & coordination
- Alliances & Partnerships Management & coordination
- Lead proposal defense during client presentations & close the sales
- Oversee the execution of the sales plan in the global market to drive & achieve sales quota
- Coordinate with internal marketing & partnership teams for new offering, events, content, nurturing partnership ecosystem and so on
- Maintain and share professional knowledge through education, networking, events, and presentations
- Support deal structure and pricing with business-value analysis, and negotiate prices for proactive bids and proposals
- Build strong relationships with industry professionals, competitors, vendors and other personnel based on regular research
- Protects organisation’s value by keeping information confidential and examine risks.
Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Business Development
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Knowledge of Zoom/ Google meet and Microsoft Team meetings
- Knowledge of Social Media Marketing and Paid Promotions
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure.
- In-depth knowledge of social Platforms
